I am paying for software that looks for malware and viruses. Not something that delivers news in my security report. What the heck is wrong with the developers and project managers at Avast. The first thing that pops up in the left hand corner is an Op Ed political piece from Gary Kasparov? Not cool. Stick to what I am paying for otherwise I'll find a competitor who understands what its priorities should be.
