Easy Pass renewal wont accept licence key

I renewed my Easy Pass Licence but the program states that the Licence key is invalid and wont reactivate!

Basic functionality is free, there's a paid version with advanced features.

I've got the same problem. I followed the prompts and renewed my EasyPass but I had some confusion with Avast Passwords now being the supported program, so I uninstalled EasyPass and now I can't reload it. When I get to the license key it tells me that my new license key is in use. Very frustrating. I also can't use Avast Passwords. When I load it on Firefox there is no Allow Installation or Continue signs and there is no Avast toolbar and I can't see how to save passwords.
