Looks like there is a problem.
https://www.avast.com/virus-update-history
Latest update there is from 3 days ago.
It would not surprise me that what you see is related to that.

I think that is a Bug and need to fix.

It's a sync issue - just do a simple Avast repair, reboot and the issue will be resolved.
