Hey, I am currently a freemium user on avast. I am trying to Utilize all the free trial's before I come to a decision on whether to purchase Avast Premier or not, I really like the Program and think it is very sleak, however I have a couple questions I wasn't really able to find a solid answer for before I take the step forward. Where does avast stand in regards to information that they accumulate through the use of their programs, such as do they sell the information/do so anonymously. I also have found a couple issues that I'm having, first I Renewed my Initial trail for the free 30 days of Secure line but when I go to download the license file on the Licence page of My Account, it refuses to download, I checked the script and it replied a sever issue, I would really appreciate if this could be resolved. Secondly Avast refusing to create a rescue disk, I have tried several times under numerous occasions and always get returned with "Rescue Disk failed" or something along those lines. If someone could Help me out it would be extremely appreciated! :) ;D

There is no 30 day trial of avast SecureLine and you can not extent a trial period unless avast give you permission.

The issue with the rescue disk is a know bug as has been explained/mentioned in other threads.
Disable the avast self defense and it will work.

Thanks for the link seems like I just overlooked that :)
Avast has given permission to extend the Trial by 30 Days, and I followed through with what was requested and have received a license key, however the issue is in regards to downloading the license file. Which has been unsuccessful.
Thanks, Ill definitely give that a shot! ;D

Only thing I can say about the license file is keep trying or submit a ticket to avast and ask them to send you the file.

Download the file to your desktop, double click it to activate the product for the time of that license.
