Where does the 'take picture' command send the photo?
« on: June 07, 2016, 06:34:06 AM »
I used avast antivirus on computer to send the 'take picture' command to my phone, to test if it works, and the message said that the photo will be uploaded to my documents folder.
Is that the 'my documents' folder on computer? I see no picture there. Could you please tell me where to look for the antitheft pictures?

You should be able to find any recording (sound/picture) in your account.

Hi sjpvt.ltd,
as Eddy is saying, you can find it in my.avast.com account, when you select your device. Then tap to "Info" button in upper right corner + "Commands" section. There you can download it.

Hello everyone,
Thanks for taking time to read my post...

I was also trying to test "take photo" feature , but could not find any pictures nor sounds recorded.
As Hermansky kindly replied - quote "Eddy is saying, you can find it in my.avast.com account, when you select your device. Then tap to "Info" button in upper right corner + "Commands" section. There you can download it."

I cannot locate ""Info" button in upper right corner + "Commands" section."
I might be a little retarded here, but I tried several times and without any luck...
Any help would be appreciated since these features might come in handy someday.

Problem solved!

Thank you in advance !
