Win32:Trojan-gen. {Other}

You can't search for the directory anywhere.  I can't find it, but its saying that the viruses are there.  I rescanned my computer and have tried repairing, deleting, moving, renaming, and using a different file extension, but absolutely nothing works.  I've also tried this in safe mode.  Avast errors each and every time i try to do anything to the files.

Someone PLEASE help me get rid of this.

did you try scans with malware bytes anit malware and rogue remover

Id suggest starting a new thread with the MBAM log and a new hjt
link to this thread for Avast data
with mbam it will say delete
do so
it will delete and put a copy in quarentine

Then DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR NEW THREAD TILL A HELPER ANSWERS
