As I said, the overdraft is something between you and your bank.
As expected avast does not compensate that.
But you got the refund and 6 months free.
Since Secureline is $59,99 a year and you got that 6 months for free....

Not quite. I wasn't offered SecureLine.
On Thursday June 16, in addition to the refund (thank you, Avast!) I was offered a "free subscription for Avast Internet Security - 1 user, 6 months".
I accepted, but I'm still on the original 30-day trial. I don't know how long activation takes, but I didn't think it'd take more than four days.
Please don't get me wrong. I'm not annoyed or ungrateful, just puzzled as to why I don't see my Avast! account showing me as having the full Internet Security. I thought that, because all of this stuff is done electronically, activation would be close to instant. (Maybe Avast! will activate it at the end of the trial. Who knows?)
