AOL CONNECTION USING ROUTERS WITH BUILT IT FIREWALLS WINDOWS XP HOME EDITON SERVICE PACK 2 THIS PRO EDITION IS IT ANY GOOD AS THE FOOTPRINT IS VERY SMALL JUST
REDUCING THE RAM BY 150MB COMPARED TO A USELESS THING CALLED TREND MICRO

If you're asking about avast! pro versus avast! home (the free version), pro gives you additional functions like http monitoring and the ability to schedule scans. 

While there are many good antivirus solutions available, I think you'll find the users of this forum favor avast! over the others.
