SMS Locate command. . . .

Since installing Anti-Theft (2-3 years ago), sending <PIN> Locate to the device would result in a 20-25 meter location.  Several weeks ago it started displaying a 150 meter location or (QUERY TIMEOUT).  For the last week all I get is QUERY TIMEOUT. . . .    HELP!    All other SMS commands work properly.

It only takes pictures and gets data. If very lucky might get 1min audio recording. Location doesn't work at all! Can you help? My son's S5 was stolen last week. Avast doesn't provide any service to find stolen phones!

Yes, I know how to push Locate button. I've got 2 phones left on avast and none of them can be controlled via the web application. The only silly think that works is to get data of phone calls which is anyway available with many backup utilities. This program doesn't work and doesn't do what they claim to do!
