would this be against avasts TOS

would printing out a referral link to avast free (7 friends referred, free 1 year avast internet security licence) and using It at work be against the Avast referral program TOS? I work in a local shop fixes computers for people and we install avast free on most of the computers since it's the best.

Welcome to the forum. :)
I've referred this directly to Avast. Let's see if they can give you an answer. :)

Hello Cam,
great question! The TOS of Recommendations[1] says nothing about "installing it in your shop", in other words it's not forbidden ;) You can earn some IS licenses for free for you and your family. Of course, the regular EULA[2] for IS applies (e.g. you cannot resell the license).

Thank you for being Avast's fan! I expet that you are part of the Beta program[3] - to influence AV future.
