I sometimes receive a bsod of critical process died, whocrashed says that the culprit is avast! self protection module, how can i solve this problem?

Is there any other (security) related software installed ? (or was there)

no, only the avast is installed
the avast show this (attachment) when i open the account settings

Would you please be so kind as to write, which avast (free, pro, ...) and version (actual is '2016.11.2.2262') is installed?
 
Rightclick on avast symbol (right corner of taskbar, near clock/time), choose 'about avast' and write, what you see.

There has just been a new program update release, 12.1.2272 https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=187663.0. It would be worthwhile updating to see if it has been resolved in this build.
