Quote from: Szilu on July 05, 2016, 07:55:11 PMThanks Everyone for the help. I disabled the following services:- Passwords- Software Updater- Browser Cleanup- CleanupNow it stays under 3% average CPU usage in the performance monitor. If a developer needs help or information they can notify me. To be honest i considered the Software Updater usefull. As a clean up manager i have Tune Up! Utilities from the Vaio Software Suite. All these things being added to Avast over the years is what made me move away. If you just choose the 3 shields in a custom install, you won't have any resource problems and you will have full protection. Actually, it's debatable whether the mail shield is really necessary. You can choose the browser protection too if you want but in my opinion, it's not worth much. The File shield and Web shield are the only fully essential components.
