As this is a English forum, post in English here or use one of the non-English forums.

rthdcpl.exe is part of the RealTek drivers, so why would avast see a problem with them ?

Кстати, здесь Вам уже ответили, что указанный Вами файл относится к драйверам RealTek и не имеет отношения к Авасту.
