to whom it may concern
« on: August 30, 2016, 01:33:30 PM »
Hello I had an avast license roughly 2 or 3 years ago and decided to have a try again now: I dld Avast antivirus pro pro today, installed it and was rebuffed by a red screen saying roughly my license had expired and that I had buy one or revert to the free AV.
Clicked on the red "beta" mention did not help.
my question is: how come I'm not allowed to come back to Avast after another one month try with a beta ?
this is why I'm disappointed.
bye bye Avast

1. There is no beta version available, atm. You'll need to wait for the next beta test.
2. Avast is quite smart, you can't re-test it (final paid versions) over and over again... ;)

You can "come back" to avast as the message said.
Either buy a subscription or use the free version.
