Problem with Avast firewall
« on: July 04, 2016, 05:41:23 PM »
Hello,

I hope you can help me. We are using software name ITEA. This software use a VPN to open a database on the URL: http://172.25.3.54

But with Avast firewall activated, the page stay blank. If we deactivate Avast Firewall, the database can open.

What we did:

We add the url: http://172.25.3.54* in global exclusions but it didn't help (see enclosed screenshot).

We also added a packet rules in avast firewall (see enclosed screenshot)

But Avast is still blocking the database to open.

Is there someone who know how to stop the firewall from blocking an IP address?

Thanks,
Antonin

What do you mean? I already give you the link to access the screenshots.

I just need to know how I can exclude an IP address from the firewall.  If you know how to do it, can you explain?
