Update promisses more speed, results in online security add on disabled?

Just opeingned my pc. I received a message say ;" ... new update... profiteer van snellere bescherming"
In English, profit from faster protection.
At the same time i get a warning that becaus of security reasons avast online security add-on is disabled...
Any ideas?
Is it save to enable? How can i know this is really AVAST?

The images don't show any problem with AOS.

After start up today the problem seems to have disappeared...
Yet, before restart and even shutting down did'nt make a difference.
