Use with OpenVPN for Android?

Is there a way to obtain a VPN certificate and server/port credentials for set up in an app such as openvpn for Android?
I would like the ability to define the dns server of my choosing with this vpn. Unfortunately the secureline app does not have this option.

Not possible.
If it was, avast could not guarantee the proper working/safety of the vpn.
avast has vpn servers around the world that you can choose from.

What part of this would not be working/safe?
From what i understand, Avast does not make that guarantee. I dont think avast is willing to make that kind of accountability.
