Required registration after one year use of Avast Antivirus Free

After a year Avast Free Antivirus registration is required, although Facebook account is connected to Avast account. My question is: why should you register?

Registration is required every year. It is required because to continue using this amazing security program and continue to receive VPS and program updates.

This I understand, but If i can register with using facebook, why may not be renewed after one year with the same account? Otherwise: why I need register after one year with an e-mail account, different to original facebook? This means that the Facebook account is not entirely appropriate for this purpose?

Well I don't know how facebook registration works by renewing your avast protection account directly from avast. Even though I have facebook I always register using my email address for registration of my Avast protection. In my life I haven't done that using my facebook so I won't have a clue. More experienced users will be able to give you the correct answer. Well my only best guess is that if your Avast protection got expired you again have to log in to facebook to renew, in registering by email you will get a notification in my email inbox to renew it.

Thank you . It is clear. after expiration I need remove Facebook account on program interface, that I have registered originally, afterthat can be registered again.
