I have been using SZBrowser on Windows 7 for some time and it has become my primary browser. It does have two problems due, I think, to its open source Chromium roots [1] is a memory hog [2] creates an excessive number of processes.
After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, SZBrowser would start up but had all kinda problems
1. crashed frequently
2. history not updated
3. AdBlocker disabled and not working
4. cpu maxed at 100%, slow response
IN FACT it was so bad I had to switch to Firefox.
note: I have had no problems with v1.48.2066.98 on a different machine.
I fixed it by setting launcher.exe to run in compatibility mode
(Windows 7) of course.
Now it (and I) am happy
