PC has all Updates installed.......few at a time....painful.
Had to do few defrags in between.
Final defrag was only 45minutes instead of DAYS.
MBAM scan ran in 30 minutes, Avast Full in 45mins.....instead of DAYS.
Machine is old Celeron but now pretty snappy for my daughter to use.
Like most of my older W7 based machines I've installed NEVER10 to suppress MS trying to force a W10 upgrade.
I know the "free offer" goes away soon but like previous XP, some machines just don't need W10.....W7 is fine for what they are used for.
Personally, I'm a W10 fan....glad I never used W8....seemed along lines of Windows Millenium (remember that fiasco after W98 ?).
Anyway, just have to run a Macrium Image to my USB HDD and done !!!!
