 ???Exist a web site for any country, or everyone have to translate from english to ...all the ather language?Because a LOT of people don't speak english, and for me is important that they can understand all the discussion, notify or everythings can interest someone (sorry for my bad english).

Welcome to the forum.
Why not use a translation service like babelfish?
http://babelfish.altavista.com/ where you can get a translation for words and even the entire webpage.
