I have another question, is it easy to transfer from the beta version to the release version? I normally don't use the beta versions, I like being stable.

You'll need to do a clean install when you're ready to switch back to the stable (non beta) version. This makes that very easy:

I can't duplicate your Certificate problem using edge or any of the other common browsers.

None of these are installed on my system.
Guess the next step is to systematically eliminate which one is the culprit. 
I'm also reporting this thread to Avast hoping that they may through some light on this.

Adguard probably uses MITM method to scan https connections as does avast and they may collide together. Did you try do disable it?
