Need to restore my last PIN

I Changed my SIM Card (same number, but now it is 4G) that's why my phone is locked
My phone is  Motorola Moto E
Android 6.0
NOT root
My account is not connected with my phone anymore (https://my.avast.com).
I Can't remember my new PIN (I just remember the previous )
my account is lronaldo10@hotmail.com
I need to restore my PIN
