I've finally thought about installing free Windows 10 (not a moment too early :P), but I remember that I'd heard in Windows 8 (though I never used it myself), things like Windows Defender being it's own fleshed out antivirus program that should not run at the same time with Avast. Is it the same deal  it or possibly other built-in programs with Windows 10?
