Perform a repair and see if it solves the problem.
If not, perform a clean installation of the latest (beta) version.

When you post, attach an image, can you just the relevant part not a full screen image capture (1870x2420 is somewhat large when most is white space and in most cases won't fit on a users screen.

I just wonder if this isn't related to your other post, Sign in.

The exporting issue is fixed now, but now new issue.

Thanks DavidR for your replay. I did clean uninstall and also cleaned up ton of left over registry entries that even clean utility would clean, everything seem ok now, but the main GUI still pus on every reboot and it usually takes 4-6 minutes for that to happen.
If that happen only on 1 of my machines than maybe  its something to do with the system, but on 3.....hm I would thing avast GUI bug.
On the other hand I'm surprised none else reporting that.

Ooo just realize you responded to my GUI pup up, if you referring to that thread than it was me , other then that no.

Grrrr, happen again what on earth is going on, my license is expired

The blank UI elements, has been seen by others also and for the most part an avast Repair has resolved that, but considering you have done that and a clean install too should have caught it. So I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to suggest.

Have you logged into your my.avast.com account (using your browser, not the avastUI), check and see if there are any duplicate devices (prior installations) and delete older ones. That may allow you to assign a license to your current installation.

My thinking in this regard is to see if that will then be able to retrieve the correct data from your my.avast.com account.

Sorry I wasn't able to help more.

Other than the blank UI screen with the Subscription section are other UI screens populated ?

More importantly does avast still appear to be working normally ?

This latest version is all messed for Windows 10 Pro 64b...would not recognize license, did not show any user information, disabled 4 realtime scanners, which cannot be turned on.  I finally uninstalled the program completely after two repairs, two uninstalls and reinstalls.  What a mess...after deleting software, I re-enabled Windows Defender.

Yap, its very frustrated, I had to reload my previous image of windows with previous version of avast which had issue with exporting of settings, but at least its working, but I'm sure avast will make it right soon this time, so I hope.
