i have a problem since 2 days ago regarding avast functionality
i tried installing avast(clean) on xp sp3 and w7 sp1 and it does not work;
the installer checksum from avast site SHA-1: 56f5ee615c409ce25475771251b0297d85c4d59c it installs but after finishing it states YOU ARE UNPROTECTED (all protections disabled); the program version installed is 12.2.2276 (build 12.2.3126.2) release date 1/1/1970 2:00:00 AM (why is date in 1970??)
it also fails to function after restart
i tried customized and express paths and both dont work
the install worked ~4 days ago.. from same installer
