Hello
I'm using the 12.2.2 version of free avast on a windows 7.
I turned off my shields to check on something. I restarted the pc, and after the restart I couldn't turn avast shields back on.
I tried to repair, reinstall it, to use avastclear to do a save mode unistall and then to reinstall the soft.
Below is a print screen from the soft.
The problem: When I press Resolve, to active the shields, it's giving me the message that an attempt was made to turn off a key avast module (shields)......... and if I want to proceed. Like when my shields are active, but they aren't. Plus I can't update the program.
How can I activate the shields?
Please help me. I spend 5 hours trying to solve it and I failed.
