Can Not Unistall Avast Free, Please help

Hello,

    Hopefully some can help me here on unistalling Avast Free off of my computer. I've tried using the change/removed programs option on my computer- no go. I've then tried downloading the uninstall program avastclear.exe and it's prompting me with an error code of (code 0x3). I'm stumped. I even tried to call Avast suppost directly and they claim they can not help me because I did not purchase their product... Anyways, I'm running Windows XP x64. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please follow this turtorial https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 just for the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
Than start a new topc here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=4.0 , descripe your problem and attach FRST.txt and Additions.txt logs.
As soon as an expert is online and available he/she will help you.
