need reg file to licence new copy old software v7. no australian phone supp

aus no no longer works?

just baught a new licence  but  download lic reg file not working, cant activate other way, using old version 7 software pro antivirus.. (dont want upgrade)

last year i rang australian number and they email me reg file  to activate.

now their a download reg file  but does not work..

way great support, for software i just purchased a day ago...

and australian number form install  no long current

maybe 9i should get my money back,  and i was going to buy 3 more

the download just worked,  ref file downloaded

iv reg old version. good for another year. 

but still no support,
