Avast Premier is not scanning all devices on my network

avast premier antivirus for the past 24 hours as of this posting for me has not been scanning all devices on my home network .its not even picking up my playstation 4 when its connected to the wifi .it used to pick up alll devices connected to the network cellphones and my ps4 .now its only picking up just my pc and router when i know full well that other devices are connected .how do i fix this ???

yes i am its not showing all devices connected to the network when i know there are  ,it used to a few days ago.

Hello,

Thank you for reporting this.
For analysis we need some logs.
First enable debug logging: GUI -> Settings -> General -> Maitenance -> Enable debug logging
Then reproduce the issue (Run Home Network Security scan).
Then create support package and submit it (guide here: https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB33) and send us a the ID of created package so we can find it.

deem that as a sign that the product is shoddy ??? Wow
