I can't do anything to unblock my phone

I changed the sim card and Avast Anti Theft locked my phone, I clickied on the send unlocking PIN, it is supposed to send it to a friend's phone number and it didn't.
 I logged in on the Avast webpage, tried to change the PIN I had created but forgoten and I also tried to change my friend's phone number but it doesn't work, I also tried to send the start command from the site and all it says to all I've tried is that it can't connect to the phone.

I can't access my phone at all, please help me

The changing a SIM card link is dead. HOW do you change a SIM card with this program on your phone?

The recovery PIN sent to my wife's phone is NOT working, and it's telling me that if I don't enter the correct PIN within the next few tries, it's going to wipe my phone to factory defaults!

This app--that I never asked for--is about to wreck my phone, all because I changed a SIM card.

(I tried getting into my phone with the old SIM card. It was still locked.)

I just set up an online Avast account, but it's not linked to my phone, because it's a new account.

The tech support ticket is being ignored. How do I save my phone?

Well, someone installed it and that someone is very likely you.

No, it is not.
You just need to have a little patience.
Tickets are currently handled within +/- 2 days.
Keep in mind it is weekend now.
