I'm still using Windows Vista, Service Pack 2 and I just updated aVast Internet Security to the latest build 12.2.2276 (build 12.2.3126.2). I have a message from Windows Security Center saying I have no antivirus software installed. What should I do? It's clear I have aVast on my system.

Thanks for any help.

Look at this thread : https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=189382.0

It is a known issue with Windows Vista and will be fixed soon.

Your are still protected with Avast, it's just that WSC isn't recognizing it.

Thanks. After looking at the thread, it seems as though I don't need to do anything but wait for the next fix?
