i had a error with code 0x1f
then i repaired my os by using in-place upgrade (without anytime upgrade) mean it like you want to upgrade from vista to 7
then i installed avast with a something wired
first i see a blocked UAC SCREEN caused by the Certification has been revoked by the CA.
then i installed it by cmd (do the cd then go to the directory of the extrator
i want from you changed the Certification of the avast comporation
and now on i had the web sheld error but i fixed it by restart the service of the antivirus
