Help Avast won't install

i have the same problem avast doesn't wan't to install online and when i install it offline it doesn't wan't to update, but this is only for my home wifi which is fully connected to internet but can't update avast but when i tether wifi with my smartphone avast update juste fine, i really want to fix this problem with my home wifi wich i spend most of the time, thanks

B"H  I have tried a few times to install Avast and am about to uninstall the Avast installation tool for a clean resinstall and am sending the log so that you might please if possible be able to let me know why it's not installing and if it's realistic.  i have read that it is compatible with Windows XP and that Windows XP is highly susceptible to internet crime and viruses without protection, and all the more so as it's no longer supported by Microsoft or Chrome.  Thanks.
