I have the same problem.
A file search on the CD finds no file named aswShell.exe.
I can't imagine how aswshell.exe can be expected to load if the file is missing from the disk.
I searched using an Administrator command prompt with the following result:
(Copied & Pasted from my Command Prompt window):
