Is wsc_proxy.exe in the Avast directory OK?

Avast does not object to it, but Malware Hunter is declaring it a threat...

upload and test suspicious files here  www.virustotal.com  if scanned before, click rescan for a fresh result

Thanks for the advice.  virustotal.com scanned it with many many scanners and said it is OK!
