One Touch Fail
« on: August 18, 2016, 09:59:44 AM »
I'm having a problem getting the One Touch for Passwords setup. When I get to the login page it tells me that there's been an unexpected error. I doesn't matter whether I use the direct login, G+ or Facebook.

That is less than helpful, if you are so concerned that I post my question about an Avast Free/Pro/IS/ Premier product in the right forum you might suggest which forum that would be. Otherwise I'll assume your just a troll. Now if anyone has any actual information on what might be going wrong in the installation of One Touch I would really appreciate it.

No, it's on the PC end of things, the android end opens up to the qr scanner just fine. On the second link you sent, it runs into an unexpected error between steps 3 and 4.

You may send a support ticket  >  https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new

this work as first in / first out, so if you send multiple tickets you are put back in line when sending a new ticket
