Trojan jkkig.dll found, can't be removed
« on: January 29, 2006, 11:57:00 AM »
Avast keeps telling me it finds a Trojan "jkkig.dll" in windows\system32, but it can't remove it. I can't remove it manually because the file is in use. I can't find any information on any forum. ???

Could you help me?  :)

Thanks a lot

Run a boottime scan.

Looks like TrojanHunter can kill it:

http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?act=ST&f=19&t=1267

Free working trial:

http://www.trojanhunter.com/

Or try Ewido. (The scanner is always free.)

Hello zx81,

Get replacer from here: http://www3.telus.net/_/replacer/

That will do the job,

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.
