We are running Endpoint Protection Suite on 60 Win 7 Clients, 64 bit, Outlook 2010. Mails with viruses arent recognized with Endpoint Protection Suite ( IMAP, POP or Exchange) . Recieving the same mail on a PC with Avast free AV in Outlook 2010 is throwing a virus warning.
Mail Shield is on, Mail with virus is marked as scanned but clean. Scanning of archives is on. Same Version of DB.
Is there a solution for that? Or should we run the free Version instead
