IP and machine name not correct in web portal

Good morning,

I am hoping someone can help me out.

We have a mixed MS/MAC environment here with avast for business installed on each platform. Now when I take a look at my MAC folder, which initially had only mac installs in it, now shows windows machine names. When I check the IP addresses on our DHCP server it is not even the IP address of the windows device! The windows device does show in the workstation folder with the correct name and a valid IP address.

Is there a way to force an update to get things "aligned" with the actual data here on campus or is this another "gotcha" from avast to force one into the paid version?
