remove from black list
« on: August 23, 2016, 10:35:36 PM »
Hi,

I was informed that my site has been blacklisted by Avanti.
I've worked what GoDaddy to resolve the issue. They detect no malware through scans by Site-Lock and Sucuri.
Could you please remove the black list label? It's impacting my business.
www.LiveBest.info

Thank you.
Judy

Hi judybarbe,

Someting with your status codes returned: Status codes
These should normally all be the same.

GoogleBot returned code 200
Google Chrome returned code 500

See: https://aw-snap.info/file-viewer/?tgt=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.livebest.info&ref_sel=GSP2&ua_sel=ff&fs=1

Your WordPress version should be updated: WordPress Version
4.6
Version does not appear to be latest 4.5.3 - update now.

CMS Configuration errors: Warning User Enumeration is possible
The first two user ID's were tested to determine if user enumeration is possible.

ID   User   Login
1   Judy   admin
2   Jackie Hobbins   jackie32
It is recommended to rename the admin user account to reduce the chance of brute force attacks occurring. As this will reduce the chance of automated password attackers gaining access. However it is important to understand that if the author archives are enabled it is usually possible to enumerate all users within a WordPress installation.

Retirable code. What once has been acquired, should also come retired:

Above insecurities should be tackled a.s.a.p.

For the Avast Webshield detection and the site being flagged as insecure by AOS you should wait for a reaction from one of the Avast Team Members, as we here are volunteers with relevant knowledge, but only Avast Team Members can unblock.

The domain was blacklisted because of malware spotted here: livebest[.]info/nte/avorp1boba.exe
Seeing it is not there any more, and hoping you will resolve all the issues others pointed out, I am unblocking the domain now ;)
