Hi All, I'm tearing my hair out over this issue. My network printer went offline for no apparent reason, when its done this before a simple uninstall and reinstall solved the problem. Not this time, in fact I couldn't remove the device and had to manually remove the drivers. HP support assistant then failed several times to reinstall the printer. Only reason I can think of is that my Avast Premier package is preventing the installation. The other computer on the wireless network can access the printer. Any suggestions?
