I have linked my children's phones via my avast account to my.avast.com. All Avast apps are correctly installed on the phones, I can see the phones in the list of devices in my.avast.com but I am almost never able to connect to the phones. I have 30-minutes tracking feature turned on but I can only see their location from about 3 weeks ago. When I try to connect manually to the phones (for location, to send message or anything else), I always get an error message "We are unable to connect to your device". All devices are turned on with WIFI / mobile data turned on, GPS is turned on.
Does somebody have an idea what is wrong?
