there are  two big problems I see straight away but dont use HJT to fix them. Better to look in add/remove programs and uninstall if you can Wild tangent andMS Java beyond that I suggest you go http://hijackthis.de/ and paste your log and analyse it yourself.
good luck

I see a big problem, your using Symantec and not avast! ;D

For an on-line analysis of your log file http://hijackthis.de/logfiles/c01d005fa06967d6b01d2d769f707f64.html there are a number of Nasty, Possibly Nasty and Unknown entries you should check out and fix as required with HJT. There is a means of uploading files to scan using the paperclip icon.

Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.4.6112 (build 24.4.9067.762) UI 1.0.803/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

F2 - REG:system.ini: shell=explorer.exe                                                                                                    "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00009.exe"

This is suspect. Every time you boot, you will start explorer and run the file ibm00009.exe.  Dont know what it is, but only time I have seen this is use is to make sure the virus/worm/whatever re-starts itself every time you load your PC.

ibm00009.exe is a trojan ... maybe Spy Sheriff trojan.

I suggest that you run Spybot - Search & Destroy to try to get rid of it. You can get Spybot (it is free) here if you do not have it.
