What is your browser, and your firewall ? If you are running Kerio, you may wanna try disabling WEB Filtering feature.

EDIT: Sorry... I just tried that gif and I got exactly the same 404 message... I remember though it's something connected to German version of those files or something like that. Pavel or Igor mentioned that before... but I thought they solved that one quite some time ago. There is a thread speaking exactly about this somewhere in this forum.
