have used the free version for some time now and happy with it. thought now is the time to upgrade my and my wifes pc to avast pro.
before i tried that i thought i would go to avast home page etc and see what their email addy was or even a real genuine contact us section.
sadly nowhere does avast show any email addy or even a contact us , where you can ask questions.
my point is a simple one, buy the product (which i would like to do) and then find it does not work or something goes wrong. then you find you cannot contact avast as their is no contact us and no email addy.
sad really and sounds very much like a scam, as others have repeatedly said, tho i dont beleive this to be the case.
however be truthfull would you pay for a pro version only to find out that when or if it didnt work for some reason, that there is no way of contacting avast, well would you.
