Restart Reminder causing issues for clients

We have been using Avast Business for a couple of months now, and everything is going well apart from one major problem. Our clients keep getting a pop-up asking them to reboot their machine to update. There does not appear to be any options in the Avast business console or in the Avast software itself to turn this feature off. Silent mode only works when a full screen application is open so that doesn't help. There must be a way to do this, how do other businesses turn this pop-up off?

They switch to another AV vendor, like we are in the process of doing.

I have lost all faith in this product.

Just remember, "You get what you pay for".

You are wrong.
Most contact avast and work together with them to solve the problem.
