Add app in allowed list

I have some apps in the "allowed apps" section. I tried to add some apps (S Planner for example) so that they are not turned off and keep on running in the background, but I do not have the ADD option in the allowed apps screen. I tried turning on the apps in the "stopped when you tap Stop Apps" section but they are always back on the off position. Any suggestions? Thank you. PROBLEM SOLVED, BUT CAN'T DELETE POST.

I am having this problem. Can I get some help to solve it. When I select an app I'd like to allow and then move away from that permission, it turns right back off. I managed to add ONE app afterm trying 3 times. When it worked, the app wooshed away and moved up to the allowed apps list. Since then I can't add any other apps. Is there a limit?

I'd like to keep the battery saver app but right now it's more trouble than it's worth.
