Cannot delete Anti-theft from Android phone

Have had a notification that the Anti-theft app is no longer supported as it is now part of the Avast mobile security app I cannot do anything until I delete the original Anti-theft app but I can't as the unintelligible tab is greyed out
How do I delete this app???
