avast clean up

I subscribe to avast premier avast clean up and avast secure line,,, when running a smart scan i have  performance issues after clicking the resolve all i still have 2MP junk files  not removed.... how do i remove these junk files

Did you enter the license for CleanUp ?
If not it will only scan and not clean.
If you did enter the license, what are the files and where are they located ?
